Loch Arthur Community

Care for the land is at the heart of our beautiful rural community, which includes one of Scotland’s largest and longest-established organic farms. Life here is secure as well as stimulating, with good links to the wider community. Here we produce our prize-winning Loch Arthur cheeses and our yoghurt, meat, breads and biscuits, which you can buy at our Shop together with other Camphill food products and craftwork. On a visit to our Shop you can also see into the production room of our Creamery and meet some of our community members. We live on 500 acres of farmland and are tucked between coast and mountains.

We are situated next to the village of Beeswing, seven miles from Dumfries. We welcome visitors to our Creamery Shop and Bakery, which are open between 09.00-12.30 and 14.00-17.30 Monday to Friday.
